As a practitioner, Dr Elena Manafi uses an integrative method that includes existential, psychodynamic, and psychoanalytic approaches to theory and practice, which she uses in a way to encourage understanding and resolution of issues. Mr Rohit Rambani is a highly experienced consultant trauma and orthopaedics surgeon based in Peterborough and Boston, who specialises exclusively in hip and knee surgeries, including reconstructive hip and knee surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee replacement, and ACL reconstruction. Thanks to Mr Rambani's expertise and comprehensive clinical and research experience - both of which have centred on hip and knee reconstruction, hip and knee arthroscopic techniques, uncemented hip and knee prosthetic technology, hip, knee, and revision arthroplasty, and the use of allografting alongside other transplant and stem cell techniques in hip and knee construction. Mr Rambani is able to offer the possibility of an enhanced recovery. Working side by side with physiotherapists, Mr Rambani takes an active role in his patients' rehabilitation, aiming for a quick return to activity.

He is involved in research and in addition to having numerous papers published in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatologists, British Journal of Dermatology, and British Journal of Hospital Medicine, he is also a principle investigator for the Spironolactone for Adult Female Acne (SAFA) study, a nationwide clinical trial for the treatment of hormonal acne. He is the undergraduate lead for medical students at St Mary's Hospital and is an honourary clinical teacher at Imperial College London. As a spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation, Dr Phillips has also contributed to national media outlets, such as The Guardian, The Sun, and The Daily Mail.

Mr Maycock has over 35 publications and recently co-authored a leading textbook on corneal topography. He is an examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and is a past member of their microsurgical skills training.

Additional to his clinical responsibilities, Professor Davies holds the esteemed position of professor of vascular surgery within Imperial College London's medical faculty, imparting his expertise to numerous trainees every year. He is also editor of Phlebology, the singular English language academic journal dealing with venous disease internationally, as well as editor-in-chief of Venous News, an international newspaper for vein specialists, the first of its kind.  He has won a myriad of awards throughout his illustrious career, most recently the Order of Phlebology Medal for excellence in his clinical resarch in 2011,  the Lifetime award from the Australasian College of Phlebology in 2015 and the Medal of Distinction for Education UIP in 2018.
